• Organization of Purchases: Timely and cost effective purchasing/procurement of equipment, spare parts, tools and other operating materials in compliance with internal and group policies. Provide technical support to requestors.
• Administration of Vendors: Maintaining updated Vendors List, research of new potential Vendors and Suppliers, evaluation of the vendors by site visits, improving the purchase terms of the vendors
• Analyses market & find new potential suppliers.
• Responsible for awarding a contract with consensus from the respective department.
• Performs other related duties such as special assignments as required.
• All other duties assigned by line manager.
• High economic, management and/or financial (Master preferably) education
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in related field
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri and English
