As CMS Engineer: Promotion, follow-up of the CMS implementation, Custody of the CMS register, Control of the compliance to the rules defined for the CMS documents by:

Developing a Company Management System Coordinating inputs from all Directorates

Ensuring all document of CMS are in compliance with the company templatesRegistering centrally all CMS documents and allocates CMS document number (through EDMS Electronic Data Management System)

Distributing and maintaining the CMS templates

Publishing approved CMS documents on the CMS site Safely storing all approved original CMS documents

As Planning Engineer:

Develop & update an integrated planning for current EPS (long term and 6 weeks) and future possible full field development Ensure conformity with codes of practice and E&P regulations

Improve methodologies and tools, when required

Monitor studies and associated progress under supervision of Development and JV Director Deliver constructive remarks/comments on the validity and content of studies

Coordinate studies on specific topic and ensure that they are issued in a timely manner Participate in validation committees and in the technical reviews, when requested

Contribute to Project reviews and technical audits

Liaise with Project team and support Field Operations offshore Planning and CMIS engineer (Computerized Maintenance and Inspection Management System)


Develop procedures to manage archival data, documentation and records to be followed by all the entities Arrange and maintain archival collections in a safe manner in the Company’s warehouse

Cost Efficiency

Propose Cost Efficiency initiatives to the Company Cost Efficiency advisor in order to optimize G&A, OPEX and CAPEX, prepare the roadmaps together and when validated, implement the roadmap with the Directions involved in the initiative


Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System

Participate actively in HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills

Co-operate actively in the execution of the HSE plans

Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor


CMS to be in place at opening of JOCAP Branch in Azerbaijan Updated CMS documents available for all users

Integrated planning delivered and updated in due time in coordination with all the stakeholders Reliable liaison with Project, Drilling and Field Operations stakeholders

Timely contribution to Weekly and Monthly planning report

Ensure good coordination between all entities, onshore and offshore


M.Sc. in an engineering discipline, preferably petroleum, process, mechanical or electrical engineering

An experience of 5 years minimum in a petroleum related upstream work (reservoir, drilling, construction/engineering,field operation) is required. Experience with an international Company recommended

Advanced abilities in MS Office applications, Computerized Data Management system (EDMS) and Scheduling Software PRIMAVERA and MS Project

Practical knowledge of CMMS/CMIS and SAP is an advantage Anticipation/Critical approach and Result Oriented, Autonomy Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Fluent in English and Azeri – Russian recommended
