Job Description:

Administrative Management

  • Ensure all stores are working under brand standards and criteria
  • Control accurate follow up on working schedule of store, store managers and all team members (signed by manager schedules are visible in the store)
  • Ensure daily store revision as per nominated checklists / Outlet Visitation
  • Report / Grids
  • Ensure all stores are clean and all facilities are in a good conditions
  • Provide all necessary reports ( stock, usage, OPT, OVR) in a weekly manner
  • Ensure all relations with local food suppliers are as per Hazard analysis and critical control points / HACCP (site visits, food tests)
  • Ensure all the daily system reports are correctly done, cash is correct and in time delivered to a proper department
  • Ensure all stores documentation (suppliers, cash delivery, reports to finance department) are correct and filed properly
  • Supervising all personnel, starting from recruitment, and development
  • Retaining and payroll calculation
  • Maintaining sanitation and safety standards within the outlets

Supply chain Management

  • Ensure in time stock revision of each store
  • Ensure correct distribution of products from main stock to stores
  • Ensure stock of the store operates as per FIFO and there is no expired products
  • Ensure well-timed product supply from supplier and transportation process is in compliance with company delivery requirements.
  • Ensure all stores receive new arrivals in timely

Sales Management

  • Ensure targeted sales for each store to be achieved in monthly/seasonally/yearly basis
  • Ensure appropriate number and quality of the staff in each store
  • Ensure all staff pass through ‘’Sales Technique” ‘’Guest Service’’ and ‘’Product information’’ trainings in time and knowledge acquired accurately ( monthly assessment as per “PASEC”, “Green bean” and “Orientation” books
  • Ensure that all Store Managers properly allocate necessary staff
  • Ensure merchandising (Pastry cabinet, coffee beans, other products) is as per Brand standards
  • Ensure high standard guest service in each store

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration (Hospitality would be an advantage)
• Previous experience as an Operations Managers in food outlets/chains
• Excellent Organizational and planning skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and budgeting
• Strong understanding of Procurement and Ordering process in food chains
• Strong knowledge of Customer Service management
• Strong knowledge of safety and sanitation standards (both local and international)
• Fluent in Azeri, English and Russian
• Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
