- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Website monitoring
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate networks and newsletter.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media (LinkedIn, etc.)
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote the company’s reputation and engage with the customers
- Work with international customers and candidates
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- At least 1-year experience in HR, Recruitment or any Administrative job
- Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Higher education degree
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Azeri languages
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
